Each photo is tied to a secure login session. A family member has to be logged in to view it. The link alone gets no one in.
Easy opt-out for any family
Parents can opt individual children out of photo sharing at any time. When a photo includes an opted-out child, Homeroom flags it before sharing so nothing reaches that family unintentionally.
Clear permission levels
Instructors can upload and see their own photos. Only organizers can edit captions, delete photos, or approve sharing. Roles stay clear without extra configuration.
