Summer Camp 2025 Week 1 (June 23-27)
Give your child a Summer Camp experience they’ll cherish forever at Charles Wright Academy. Our campus features 107 acres, including maintained forest trails, an outdoor classroom, and state-of-the-art athletics, STEM, and art facilities where CWA offers a breadth of day-camp activities for students entering grades 1 through 9. We offer general camps (with a theme of the week) and specialty camps.
Morning sessions run from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Afternoon sessions run from 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Full-day sessions run from 8:30 a.m - 3:30 p.m. To create a full day of camp, enroll in both a morning and afternoon camp, OR enroll in a full day option. Lunch break with playtime is included from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Registration includes all activities and a snack. Campers must bring their own lunch if they are staying for lunch and a water bottle. Camps are based on your camper's rising grade for the upcoming school year.
EARLY BIRD PRICING UNTIL MAY 15
Half-day sessions start at $165, Full-day sessions start at $330
After May 15: Half-day sessions start at $200, Full-day sessions start at $400
CWA SUMMER CAMP POLICIES:
EXCHANGE: You may change to a different program or session at any time for no fee, except for the difference in program cost. Changes are subject to program or session availability. Please email summercamp@charleswright.org to request an exchange.
CANCELLATIONS: You must submit a written cancellation notice to summercamp@charleswright.org. Cancellations are final and cannot be reinstated. You may cancel up to April 18, 2025, and receive an 80% refund. After May 1, no refunds will be given except for a medical cancellation. In the case of a medical condition that causes cancellation, a full refund (minus the deposit) will be given if we cannot move the child to another program. Written notification from the family and physician are required.
If you cancel and are eligible for a refund, payments may be transferred to another program with open registration for the same person or another person in the same account.
If Charles Wright Academy must cancel a program due to low enrollment or for any other reason, a refund will be issued if we cannot place your child in an alternative program.
Charles Wright Academy does not offer pro-rated fees for partial program attendance.

TOAD TADPOLE is a FULL DAY CAMP for rising 1st through 3rd graders. Please be sure you do not double book your camper for camps running concurrently.

CANCELLATIONS: You must submit a written cancellation notice to summercamp@charleswright.org. Cancellations are final and cannot be reinstated. You may cancel up to April 18, 2025, and receive an 80% refund. After May 1, no refunds will be given except for a medical cancellation. In the case of a medical condition that causes cancellation, a full refund (minus the deposit) will be given if we cannot move the child to another program. Written notification from the family and physician are required.
If you cancel and are eligible for a refund, payments may be transferred to another program with open registration for the same person or another person in the same account.
If Charles Wright Academy must cancel a program due to low enrollment or for any other reason, a refund will be issued if we cannot place your child in an alternative program.
