Description
Welcome to Mindful Movement, a joyful and engaging yoga class designed especially for children! In this playful and nurturing environment, kids will explore movement, mindfulness, and self-expression through a variety of fun and enriching activities movements to give them the tools to feel calmer, happier, and feel empowered to be their best self. This yoga class is a practice of physical exercises, postures and breathing, benefiting both the mind and the body. Yoga has multiple advantages; it reduces stress and anxiety, improves attention span, and strengthens mobility.
Each class includes:
Yoga Poses – Gentle stretches and poses to build strength, balance, and flexibility.
Storytime Integration – Inspiring children’s books woven into each session to spark imagination.
Positive Affirmations – Empowering words and phrases to boost confidence and encourage a positive mindset.
Breathing Exercises – Simple techniques to help children calm their minds and connect with their breath.
Mindful Games – Interactive activities that promote focus, cooperation, and joy.
Mindful Movement is more than just yoga—it’s a space where children can grow emotionally, physically, and socially while having fun and feeling supported.
No prior yoga experience needed. Just bring your curiosity and a smile!

Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy –
The registration period for all Enrichment and Afterschool Programming runs from October 27–November 7, 2025 at 11:30pm.
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made during the registration period.
The last day to cancel an enrollment is Friday, November 7, 2025, before 11:30 p.m. After registration closes, no changes or refunds will be permitted.
