Minecraft Code Masters: Build and Hack Y our World with Microsoft MakeCode (For K-1) Subject: STEM, Programming, Block Coding Does your child love Minecraft? At Coding Mind, students won't just play—they’ll learn to code, build, and develop their own games within Minecraft: Education Edition! In this interactive and exciting course, students will harness their creativity to design and hack their own custom worlds, all while mastering key coding skills. Using Microsoft MakeCode, a beginner-friendly programming tool, students will dive into coding fundamentals like loops, conditionals, and variables. They’ll go beyond just playing by developing the skills to modify the game itself, turning their Minecraft experience into a coding adventure. No prior coding experience is necessary! Whether you're just starting out or have some experience in the Minecraft world, this class is designed to introduce K-1 students to computer science concepts in an engaging, hands-on way. Students will be able to do the following throughout their coding journey: ● Learn about the mechanics of Minecraft like players and blocks. ● Learn to program custom agents to interact with the world by building, mining, or fighting. ● Learn how to utilize variables, conditionals, loop structures, and functions to create robust and complex programs using simple blocks.

The registration period for all Enrichment and Afterschool Programming runs from October 27–November 7, 2025 at 11:30pm.
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made during the registration period.
The last day to cancel an enrollment is Friday, November 7, 2025, before 11:30 p.m. After registration closes, no changes or refunds will be permitted.
