Description
Kick off your child's tech journey with STEM Starters: Scratch & Typing, a fun and engaging class designed to build both typing skills and coding confidence. Perfect for beginners, this course introduces young learners to the basics of computer use, while sparking creativity through hands-on projects in Scratch, a kid-friendly, block-based programming language. Each week, students will: Improve their typing speed and accuracy through interactive drills. Learn essential computer navigation skills. Create their own animations and stories using Scratch. Develop problem-solving and logical thinking through coding. This class is the ideal starting point for students eager to explore the world of STEM in a supportive and imaginative environment. Let’s build, type, and code the future—one keystroke at a time!

All Enrichment and Afterschool Programming: the last day to cancel an enrollment is 08/18/2025 at 11:30 pm.
Early Dismissal Wednesday Program: the last day to cancel any enrollment is 07/28/2025.
Once registration closes, changes will not be honored and no refunds will be given.
