Description
We are thrilled to announce a new swimming partnership between BCA and Pro Club Bellevue, a premier athletic club in the Pacific Northwest! This year, BCA students will have the opportunity to enjoy weekly swimming classes led by certified Pro Club instructors in a state-of-the-art facility, with convenient transportation options and parent chaperone support!

1:00 PM – Load into vans at BCA
1:30 PM – Class starts at Pro Club Bellevue:
• 30-minute swimming lesson
• 30 minutes of supervised free swim
2:45 PM – Depart from Pro Club
3:00 PM – Return to BCA
👕 Note: Students must be able to change in and out of their swimwear independently.

💰 Pricing
Fall Swim Lessons (9 sessions total)
• Non-Members: $360 ($40 per session)
• Pro Club Members: $191.25 ($21.25 per session)
Winter Swim Lessons (8 sessions total)
• Non-Members: $320 ($40 per session)
• Pro Club Members: $170 ($21.25 per session)
Spring Swim Lessons (7-8 sessions total- Wednesday, April 15th pending due to coach availability)
• Non-Members: $280-$320 ($40 per session)
• Pro Club Members: $148.75- $170 ($21.25 per session)
💡 Special Note:
Children paying the non-member rate will automatically receive Pro Club membership for their child valid from the first to the last day of their session, and may enjoy other member benefits.
To qualify for the member rate, your child must already have an active Pro Club membership during the full duration of their session.
All BCA Family Bonus: Pro Club is offering a waived initiation fee ($300 savings) for any BCA family that joins PRO Club from now to June 30, 2026! Cost:
Fall: $180 per student ($20 per roundtrip)
Winter: $160 per student ($20 per roundtrip)
Spring: $140-$160 ($20 per roundtrip)

Alternative Options:
Parents may opt out of transportation and choose to carpool or drive their child. However, students must arrive and depart on time.
🚨 All families using either GoEzz or carpools must sign a waiver permitting a non-guardian to handle school pick-up and drop-off on program days.
Important Note:
Use of third-party transportation is at each family's discretion. BCA does not endorse nor assume responsibility for external services. A signed liability waiver is required.

🧍♀️ Chaperone Requirement
To ensure a smooth and safe experience for our students, each family is required to chaperone once during the season.
Same-gender chaperones are preferred based on your child’s gender, as we need to maintain a good balance of supervision in the changing rooms.
Important Note:
Chaperones will assist with supervision and safety. BCA is not liable for any accidents or incidents off campus. A signed chaperone agreement and liability waiver are required.

By registering, you reserve your child’s place in the program at no initial cost. We will follow up with each family to complete the three steps below to finalize enrollment:
1. Submit payment directly to Pro Club Bellevue.
2. Confirm your transportation preference with BCA PA.
o If you are opting in for GoEzz transportation, please submit payment via Venmo to Xinxin Wang (@xinxin-wang-11) and upload a copy of your receipt.
3. Sign the participation agreement and liability waiver.

No supplies needed. All supplies will be provided for this activity.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy –
The registration period for all Enrichment and Afterschool Programming runs from October 27–November 7, 2025 at 11:30pm.
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made during the registration period.
The last day to cancel an enrollment is Friday, November 7, 2025, before 11:30 p.m. After registration closes, no changes or refunds will be permitted.
