Please remember to adhere to the following guidelines to continue our After School Enrichment Programs:
1. STUDENT PICKUP:
- Parents are to park on Chestnut Street or the park across Macdill Avenue and walk to pick up your child in the staff parking lot.
- Do NOT drive through and/or park in the staff parking lot to pick up - this is a safety hazard.
2. LATE PICKUPS: Please note that late pick ups from enrichments are not permitted and will result in additional charges. Students are to be picked up at the following times:
Monday 2:55PM
Tuesday - Friday 3:55pm
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE:
Non School Day Monday January 19, 2026 / February 13, 2026 / February 16, 2026
Enrichment hosts will charge $20.00 for 10 minutes late and $1.00 per minute after that.
Repeated late pick ups will result in student withdrawal from the program without a refund.
3. KINDNESS and RESPECT: Kindness and respect for fellow students and Enrichment Hosts is expected. Please remind your students that they should display IB traits at all times.
Repeated behavioral issues will result in withdrawal from the program without a refund.
