The Winter/Spring Season of the After-School Enrichment Program is here!
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following important details:
1-Communication: Instructors will contact you using the email address provided during registration in Homeroom. Please ensure your email address is up to date and notify your instructor promptly if any changes occur.
2-Pick-Up Time: Timely pick-up is essential. We kindly ask parents to arrive on time. If you are running late, please inform your instructor immediately. Repeated late pick-ups without notification may result in your student being removed from the program.
3-Questions: For inquiries about class schedules, enrollment, or cancellations, please check Homeroom first. If you cannot find the information you need, contact your instructor or email us at bancroftase@gmail.com. Please DO NOT contact the school office, as they may not have program details. The After School Enrichment Program is managed by the PFC in collaboration with external vendors.
4-Feedback: We value your input! At the end of the season, please take a moment to complete the Homeroom survey, which will help us improve the program.
