It is an opportunity to learn how to prepare & cook a gourmet dish. We will encounter cooking demonstrations from a real Chef. Chef Shina Richburgh is the Co Founder of My Lovely Food LLC. Chef Rich is a distinguished graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. Students will prepare their own entrees, in a fun safe atmosphere. We will go over culinary terminology. DescriptionThis Summer Session is going to be epic. We will Cook of course. We will study the love of Culinary, each day. Students will produce a breakfast and lunch Entreé masterpiece. Life skills is Learning to cook. A week long Culinary fun journey. Cooking is a Life Skill. In this Lovely Summer Session we will receive instructions on how to create your own masterpiece Entrée. Cooking demonstrations given, right after students will produce the demonstration in which was given. We actually have more time to pour love in our Entrée. Safety is priority, we will practice safety in a fun atmosphere. Chef Rich, a graduate from the distinguish school Le Cordon Bleu Paris, is the instructor. We will go over culinary terminology. Students learning outcomes & technical skills include. • Healthy Eating Habits • Taking Direction • Creativity • Working with Others • Safety & Responsibility • Handling and Storing Food • Handling Kitchen Equipment • Learning Techniques to preparing and serving food. In between cooking we will have a fun activity to unwind, outside fun, staying hydrated of course, and more.
