Description In this 8-week long program, students can learn all about horses and their care from the newest Little Medical School Equine program. students will adopt and name their plush horse and learn the anatomy and maintenance of a horse. They will also learn basic horse nutrition, riding styles, gaits and role play, and the basic key responsibilities of an equine veterinarian.

Sports Medicine School Part I

INDIVIDUAL agrees not to utilize the Confidential Information of LMS in any manner to compete with or criticize LMS. INDIVIDUAL agrees that Confidential Information is the exclusive property of LMS and, INDIVIDUAL shall not copy or reproduce or permit such items to be copied or reproduced by any method without the express written permission of the disclosing party. 3. APPLICABLE LAW. This Agreement is to be made under and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri and constitutes the entire understanding between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and merges any and all prior agreements, understandings and representations. 4. REMEDY. INDIVIDUAL understands and agrees that, because of the unique nature of the Confidential Information, LMS will suffer irreparable harm in the event that INDIVIDUAL fails to comply with any of its obligations under this Agreement and monetary damages will be inadequate to compensate LMS for such breach. Accordingly, INDIVIDUAL agrees that LMS shall, in addition to any other remedies available to it at law or in equity, be entitled to injunctive relief to enforce the terms of this Agreement.
