REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All participants will be enrolled on a first-come, first served basis. If a lab is full, registrants will be notified and placed on a wait list. A written notice of cancellation for any program is required for cancellation. Due to changes in all school districts policies, there will be no refund of facility fees unless we are able to fill your child’s spot.
If a cancellation is made between two and four weeks prior to the session start date; there is a cancellation fee, no refund on facility fee, and there is no refund on the supply fee. Spectrum of Science Foundation will not refund payments for cancellations received less than 13 days business before the session start date.
The cancellation fee will be no more than $55; in addition to the other cancelation fees (supply fees & facility fees) depending on when you cancel your child.
Failure to attend or no show will not be granted a refund/credit.
