All sales are final. In the event one or more classes are cancelled by nature, school, district, state or federal agencies or any event out of the control of Golf Squad, Golf Squad reserves the right to retain payment ("Retain Payment Policy"). Golf Squad will not be held responsible for making up said cancelled classes. If time permits in the semester, and the instructor’s schedule is available for the make up class, Golf Squad will do its best to make up a class.* Golf Squad reserves the right in special circumstances (e.g. medical injuries that prevent participation, etc.) to work with a customer. In extenuating circumstances Golf Squad may credit a customer less transaction, processing, and fees incurred to do so. In the event an on campus offering does not meet the minimum participation level and the start date is rescheduled to increase participation, Golf Squad reserves the right to retain and apply payment to the next available on campus class start date. In the event an offering is cancelled by Golf Squad, registration fees will be refunded by check to the payee.
