Massachusetts Teacher of the Year 2015 Finalist
Hello, I am Daniel. I am a father of two and have over 18+ years of teaching second grade in a public school setting. As an educator, I have experience working with students of all learning and language needs. As a director for a theater camp for 15+ years, I love to leverage stories, acting games, and songs to make my classes interactive, fun and learning filled! In addition to teaching, I have experience tutoring K-Adult and served as a teacher mentor to other teachers. Like my students, I too am a practitioner of learning and have 2 Master's Degrees in Education. I am also a certified literacy specialist and math specialist. In 2015 I was also honored as a Massachusetts Teacher of the Year Finalist.
