Hola, Ni Hao, and Bonjour! At Sponge, we see language as a passport to the world. Let's help your children become global citizens! Our language programs are designed to build comprehension and communication skills through interactive, immersive learning. We teach primarily in the target language using a curriculum packed with fun games, songs, and stories.

Cancellation policy
Holidays, Vacation, Cancellation & Makeup Policy: There will be no classes held on school holidays or vacation days (per applicable School District calendar). To allow additional break for the instructors, there will be no class the entire week of thanksgiving as well as Spring break.
Classes that are cancelled for reasons beyond the control of Sponge, e.g. weather, other emergency, time changes, space issues, generally there is no refund or make up even when it’s informed ahead of time.
For weather cancellation, Sponge will do the best to extend the session end date to cover make up classes.
Minimum Enrollment: Minimum class enrollment is 8. For a class that is under-enrolled, at its discretion, SPONGE may choose to run a class, postpone the start date, or cancel the class. Sponge will inform the parents after their decision.
If cancellation of a class becomes necessary due to lack of adequate enrollment, SPONGE will notify SCHOOL and any currently enrolled families and process transfers and/or refund tuition to families. Should cancellation become necessary, this contract will be considered void for applicable session.
Refund Policy for Session Classes Up To 12 weeks:
We keep our class sizes small to ensure individual attention. That requires us to ask families to make a firm commitment. The following outlines Sponge Cancellation & Refund Policy. This policy applies regardless of whether payment was made in full on signup or a multiple payment plan was chosen for the session fees(if a plan is offered):
- 100% Refund of ALL fees in case a session is cancelled by Sponge due to low enrollment or another reason
- 100% Refund of TUITION fees, storybooks and coursebooks: Anytime up to 10 calendar days before the start of session.
- No refunds will be issued for requests received within 10 days of the start of session.
- No makeups or refunds will be offered for students that miss regularly scheduled classes.
- If a specific class in a session is cancelled by Sponge, Sponge will offer a makeup for the class. If a makeup is not possible, Sponge will offer a credit/refund to enrolled students for the cancelled class in that session.

About the provider
At Sponge, we see language as a passport to global citizenship. Students learn to see the world through a different lens while acquiring language skills and the confidence to use them. Sponge classes are immersion based, and taught by native speaker using games, art, songs, stories, drama and movement to help children build language skills! We believe the best way to learn a language is to be immersed in it and having fun!
