Ahoy, young mateys! Set sail on an unforgettable journey in Sea Quest: Pirate & Mermaid Adventure, where campers choose their destiny: pirate, mermaid, pirate-mermaid, or mermaid-pirate, and dive headfirst into a world of ocean magic and high-seas excitement!
All week long, kids and Captain Cooper, herself, will dress up as their chosen characters, fully immersing themselves in the fantastical world of the sea.
Throughout the week, these brave scallywags will build their own treasure chests and fill them with sparkling loot, craft themed keepsakes, and don their seafaring gear such as mermaid tiaras, pirate hats, eye patches, scopes, and more.
But beware... danger lurks on the tides. When Captain Cooper’s prized treasure chest mysteriously disappears, campers must band together to track down the culprit: the mischievous and notoriously slippery Captain Blackwater, Cooper’s longtime pirate nemesis. With teamwork, imagination, and a dash of seaworthy mischief, campers will embark on a real treasure hunt and bring the treasure home. Adventure awaits beneath the waves! Arrrrrr ye ready to join the quest?

📌 Class & Summer Camp Policies
🗓️ Program Details & Schedule Changes
All class and camp details — dates, times, grade levels, costs, and teachers — are subject to change until registration opens.
If a program has low enrollment, families will be notified before the first class or camp that it may be at risk of cancellation. We always aim to run every offering, but if the minimum enrollment is not met, the program may be cancelled. If that happens, families will be offered alternative class/camp options, when possible. If no alternative works, a full refund will be issued
🔄 Withdrawals & Transfers
Before the published withdrawal deadlines, you may withdraw for any reason and receive a full refund. You may request to transfer to another class or camp — we will do our best to accommodate. If the new program has higher tuition or materials fees, the difference will be billed.
💵 Refunds
If SMES cancels a class or camp, families will receive a full refund. After the deadlines listed below, no refunds or credits will be issued. If you have questions or unique circumstances, please reach out — we’re happy to help.

☀️ Summer at St. Margaret’s 2026 — Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for any cancellations made on or after May 1, 2026.
Cancellations requested before May 1, 2026, are eligible for a refund minus the applicable cancellation fee ($100 for Early, Lower, Middle School programs and Upper School Athletics, and $300 for Upper School Academics and Summer Scholars). No refunds will be issued for any cancellations made on or after May 1, 2026.
No refunds for canceled classes or camps on days when the school closes fields due to inclement weather.

Extension Programs at St. Margaret’s: where learning and community continue beyond the school day.
St. Margaret’s Extension Programs offer safe, engaging, and joyful experiences beyond the school day through after-school enrichment, Extended Day, and Summer at St. Margaret’s. With hands-on learning across science, arts, athletics, outdoor adventures, and imaginative play, we nurture the whole child and uphold our core values. Programs serve current SMES students year-round, and many summer camps are also open to the broader community.
