Cancellation policy
After-school Cancellation Policy
Our after-school program runs in seasonal sessions—between 6 and 13 weeks, depending on the season. If you need to cancel your child's registration, please contact us in writing via email at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the upcoming session. A full refund minus a $50 admin fee will be provided.
- For cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the start of a session, a 50% refund will be issued. Once a session has begun, no refunds will be provided that includes missed classes or removal from programming due to behavior.
- If the program needs to be cancelled on our end before a session starts, you will receive a full refund.
