Description
Students will learn basic sewing techniques and skills, including stitches, buttons, sequence and the use of patterns. They will learn how to alter clothing using fabric paints/markers , embroidery techniques, using Rainbow Loom, and making Friendship Bracelets. Returning students will continue to build on their sewing skills as they work on new projects designed to match their interests. New for this section, students will create colorful and personalized cards for special occasions. If you get excited about giving handmade crafts to friends and family, then this class is for you.
