Description
Readers Theater Club is a fun and creative opportunity for students in grades 1–3 to bring stories to life through reading and performance! Together, we will choose different plays to practice, while also designing backdrops, props, and costumes to make each story come alive. Students will build fluency, expression, and teamwork as they rehearse and prepare for their big performance.
At the end of our winter session, we will aim to perform two plays for families to enjoy on the final day of enrichment. Following the performance, students will celebrate their hard work with a hot cocoa cast party! For families who are unable to attend in person, the performances will be recorded and shared so everyone can enjoy the show.
