Description
Students will be able to practice basic mindfulness techniques and understand the importance of personal reflection in their daily lives. * Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present and aware in the current moment. * Meditation is a technique used to train attention and awareness, often leading to mental clarity and emotional calmness. * Personal reflection can reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being. * Regular practice of mindfulness and meditation can lead to better self-awareness and emotional regulation. * Silence and focused attention are crucial elements in effective personal reflection practices.

Cancellation policy
Summer at Inly 2025 Refund Policy Any tuition paid is fully refundable until May 1, 2025, less the $100 per week, per child deposit. After May 1, 2025, a 50% refund is available up until 2 weeks before the program start date. No refunds will be offered within 2 weeks of the program start. Any/all cancellations must be put in writing and submitted to the Camp Director. Balances may be transferred to another program, based on availability, or applied to another immediate family member based on availability. Balances may not be transferred to school-year programming or for future summer credit. When space permits, campers may be able to change sessions for which they are registered. No refund or reduction in fees is possible for a child who arrives late, leaves early, or attends only part of a session because of illness, including COVID-19.
