Description
How much fun can you have with painting! A lot! The colors, textures, subject matter and styles are endless. Each class will focus on a different style and use a different painting medium and surface to paint on. We will explore acrylics, watercolors, flow paint and even make our own paints from flower pigments, vegetables and dyes. Painting styles from master artists such as Matisse, Van Gogh, Warhol, Picasso, Jackson Pollock, DeLaunay, Mondrian, Homer and Hopper will be explored to produce a unique painting each class.
Beginner to advanced techniques will be taught and we will differentiate to accommodate each child's abilities and experience. Your child will go home with an interesting painting and a treasure trove of new knowledge each lesson.
