Description
Extension Programs is thrilled to partner with Special Camp to bring you an after-school club where everyone belongs! Special Camp Friends Club invites students of all abilities to come together for joyful afternoons filled with inclusive activities designed to connect, inspire, and uplift.
Each week, kids will jump into cooperative games like freeze dance, bingo, and creative board games, plus enjoy hands-on crafts such as sensory bottles and bracelets. Every session focuses on making new friends, learning about empathy, and celebrating the things that make each of us unique.
With over 30 years of experience, Special Camp is all about friendships, fun, and breaking down barriers. Our club gives students a chance to develop social skills, build confidence, and create lasting memories in a supportive environment. Join us after school for laughter, leadership, and friendship—where every child is welcome and everyone can shine!

Cancellation policy
Class Changes and Cancellations
All class details (dates, times, grade levels, costs, teachers) are subject to change until registration opens.
If a class has low enrollment after registration opens, families will be notified before the first class that the program is at risk of cancellation. We always aim to run each class, but if the minimum number of students is not met, the class may be cancelled.
If a class is cancelled, families will be offered alternative class options for the same day when possible. If no alternative works for your schedule, you will receive a full refund.
Withdrawing and Transfers
Prior to withdrawal deadlines, you may withdraw your child from any class for any reason and receive a full refund. If you wish to transfer your child to a different class, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If the new class has higher tuition or materials fees, you will be responsible for the difference.
No refunds or credits will be issued after the following deadlines:
Fall 2025: September 8
Winter 2025: November 14
Spring 2026: February 27
Yearlong Dance Conservatory: September 12
Refunds
If we cancel a class for any reason, a full refund will be issued. No refunds or credits will be given after the deadlines listed above. If you have questions or special circumstances, please reach out to us and we will be happy to discuss options with you.

St. Margaret’s Extension Programs are open to current SMES students in KG through Grade 8, supervised by caring staff who value safety, creativity, and the joy of learning.
