Description
Mindfulness is not something we give to kids, it is an innate part of their being, an innate part of who we all are. This body awareness and movement class is all about connection, building community and noticing what's happening around us and within.
This class is based on the most recent research on the benefits of mindfulness in children and is infused with music, breathing, books, sensory exploration, and FUN! Our class will weave the practice of gratitude into our song, dance, time for sharing, and relaxation.
