Description
We will learn yoga poses and breathing techniques, then utilize them in games to build self-regulation skills such as impulse control and listening comprehension. The close of each session includes mindfulness practice so kids leave feeling calm, relaxed, and ready to tackle the next part of their day. Classes are led by a licensed school psychologist and certified yoga instructor, Beth Hardy.
What to bring
No supplies needed. All supplies will be provided for this activity.
