Description
In this upbeat and empowering class, students explore the foundations of fitness through fun, structured movement. Youth Strength Development introduces strength, agility, and endurance in a way that’s engaging and confidence-boosting, no pressure or competition, just active play and personal growth. Through circuit-style exercises, games, and teamwork challenges, kids build healthy habits and body awareness while learning proper form. Themed fitness days like “Power Circuit” or “Partner Challenge” keep the energy high and the experience exciting. This class supports students in building strong bodies and a positive mindset toward health and fitness.
