Description
Get ready for a fun-filled, high-energy class where students stretch, tumble, and move with confidence! Our Gymnastics program is designed to help kids improve balance, coordination, and flexibility through age-appropriate routines and imaginative movement games. Each class begins with a warm-up and flows into exciting skill-building activities, all within a positive and supportive environment. With themed movement days like “Superhero Strength” and “Jungle Jumps,” kids stay motivated while developing core strength, body control, and focus. The class encourages personal growth through movement, creativity, and an inclusive space where every child can thrive.
We will be providing gymnastics mats and a variety of equipment (including parallel bars, balance beams, spring boards, and more). Each class will end with a little celebration, students can look forward to earning stickers and stamps as encouragement.
Students do not need to bring anything with them, except a water bottle and a face towel.

Digital Dreams Academy is a community driven program rooted in the culture of the Bay Area. We bring hands on, engaging enrichment programs, ELO-P, camps, and special events directly to schools, giving students opportunities to explore robotics, coding, game design, culinary arts, theater, sports, visual arts, music, and more.
