Spanish Enrichment at PPCS West Campus
Give your child the gift of language! Our 90-minute Spanish classes are designed for K–5 students and offer a balanced mix of conversation and literacy in a fun, interactive environment.
Perfect for both new and returning students, our program is structured to group learners by age and level, allowing each child to grow at their own pace.
Students will build vocabulary, improve speaking fluency, and develop reading and writing skills through games, songs, storytelling, and cultural activities—all in Spanish!

Cancellation policy
Terms of Enrollment - Afterschool Programs
The curriculum of Educando a América is intended to be extracurricular. Attendance in this program does not fulfill your child’s compulsory primary education requirements. Educando a América is a private institution.
Withdrawals
A student may withdraw at any time during the school year by submitting written or electronic (email) notification to Educando a América's Administration Office. Written notifications of withdrawal can be sent via email to ea@educandoamerica.com.
Upon withdrawal, the student will be responsible for:
- Payment in full calculated from the enrollment date until the end of the month in which the student is withdrawn.
- Students who miss five consecutive classes without notifying the School Administration Office will be automatically withdrawn.
Make-Up Classes
In the event of your child's absence from any in-person class, the following make-up options are available:
- If your child is attending once-a-week classes at a site that offers two days a week, make-ups are available during the second day. Make-ups can be redeemed during the same season the student is attending.
- If there is no second day available at your location, you can request and register for an online group class make-up. It will usually be held once a month if enough students request it. To partake in this session, kindly contact the school administration via email at ea@educandoamerica.com or call 954-261-2432.
- Classes canceled due to inclement weather or school closures will not be rescheduled or reimbursed.
Calendar
The duration of each Spanish class is specified in every program at Educando a América. Please refer to your child's school program for specific information about the time and duration of each session.
Late Pick-Up Fees (Only for After-School Enrichment Programs)
When a child is not picked up on time, the following fees will apply:
- Child picked up fifteen minutes after dismissal: $15
- Child picked up half an hour after dismissal: $30
- Child picked up one hour after dismissal: $10 every 5 minutes
Payment Options
All payments are managed through a monthly subscription plan. This plan ensures a smooth and consistent payment process for the duration of your child’s enrollment.
Summer Camp Refund Policy
Refund requests for students attending summer camp must be submitted in writing via email to ea@educandoamerica.com using the official Summer Camp Refund Request Form. Refunds are processed based on the date the request is received:
- 4+ weeks before the session start date: 100% refund.
- 3 weeks before the session start date: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 weeks before the session start date: No refunds issued, and any outstanding balance must be paid in full.
Exceptions will only be made for medical reasons or bereavement, with proper documentation. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Credit card payments will be refunded to the original card; all other payments will be refunded by check.

About the provider
Spanish School
Educando a América is a Spanish after - school program. It was created in 2004 to reach out the needs of a Spanish speakers community worried about their children losing their native language.
Nowadays Educando a America offers a complete curriculum to different schools, including online classes for those who cannot attend in person programs.
The program covers different levels and ages, starting at 3 years old to youth and also adults that want to learn the language.
