After-school club Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Full refunds (minus taxes, registration, school management, and credit card fees) will be issued for cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the start of the first class.
• School fees are collected separately, and any inquiries about school fee refunds should be directed to the Adams PTA.
• Cancellations made between two weeks and one week prior to the start of the first class will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee (minus taxes, registration, school management, and credit card fees).
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made one week or less before the start of the first class.
• Participants who are unable to attend sessions are not eligible for refunds or make-up days.
