Description
Take your watercolor practice to the next level in this intermediate-level course designed for artists who are ready to refine their technique. Children will experiment with watercolor techniques like wet-on-wet painting, layering, color mixing, and brush play in a fun environment. Emphasis is placed on process over product, allowing young learners to explore and enjoy the magic of watercolors while building fine motor skills and confidence.
Children will learn how to use different brush strokes and pressure to create a variety of textures and effects, from fine details to broad washes. This class encourages experimentation, problem-solving, and artistic growth in a supportive environment.
Materials that will be provided for this class include watercolor palettes, mixed media paper, and paintbrushes.

No supplies needed. All supplies will be provided for this activity.
Cancellation policy
WITHDRAWALS, CANCELLATIONS, & REFUND POLICY
For new students (those who have never been with us before), withdrawals/transfers/refund requests must be requested prior to the 2nd activity meeting. A prorated refund will be issued and a $35 processing fee will be incurred.
*Returning students who have joined this class prior to this session (either a previous semester, season, or year) will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests after the second class will not be honored.
Full refunds will be issued if a course is cancelled by PVG Education.
Courses not reaching their minimum enrollment will be cancelled.
