Description
Local soccer coach Stefan Clemens welcomes all Del Rey students in grades TK-3rd to join the Fall 2025 After School Soccer Clinics. Stefan has over 20 years of experience coaching soccer in the Lamorinda and Bay Area. Stefan is currently the head coach for the Campolindo Boys Varsity Soccer team in Moraga. He also runs year round local soccer camps (www.soccerdays.com) and private soccer training (www.doublescissors.com) for all ages and levels. Stefan coached youth soccer for Lamorinda Soccer Club from 2009-2017. Stefan coached collegiate soccer as the assistant coach for the Cal Berkeley men's soccer team (2017-2020) as well as at Cal State East Bay in Hayward, and Las Positas College in Livermore. Stefan provides this after school soccer class for girls and boys in grades TK-K at any skill level. Each player will work on their footwork, balance, coordination, ball mastery (touches on the soccer ball), dribbling moves, passing technique, and shooting technique/power. Along with learning the technical aspects of soccer, all players will participate in competitive situations like 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 games. At the end of each session, the players will play freely (from 4v4 up to 8v8) to work together as a team, and utilize the moves and techniques they learned earlier in the session. Competing in a safe and friendly environment is important for each player's development both on and off the field. This soccer class is designed for players to learn the game of soccer, exercise, build friendly relationships, understand and implement good sportsmanship, and most of all, have fun!

Stefan Clemens offers soccer coaching and mentorship for girls and boys of all ages in the Bay Area, CA. If you are interested in learning more about the local soccer clubs including Lamorinda Soccer Club, California Magic Soccer Club, and Eclipse Soccer Club, please contact me anytime. I can point you in the right direction for further soccer development with a team and club. On the field, my mission is to inspire the players through the game of soccer and create enjoyment through each soccer activity. If the players are having fun while learning, they will build positive relationships and a life long passion for the sport.
