Description
Tennis program designed to develop the FUNdamentals of tennis while building a passion for the sport.
Students will learn the basic tennis strokes, work on their agility, and build a passion for tennis that lasts a lifetime.
Players will learn the four basic strokes: forehand, backhand, serve, volley!
While learning tennis they will be building a healthy mind using the elements of focused learning and a healthy body with the cardio component tennis incorporates.
The objective of every class is for players to exercise, learn something new, and have fun!
