Description
In this 6 week course we will explore the process of creating a short story picture book! We will begin with brainstorming how to come up with main characters through “picture math,” and illustrating them with colored pencils, then learn how to outline and story board a short story, exploring themes, plots and settings. On the last day of class, children will learn how to bind their work to create their own book! This personal creation can then serve as a jumping off place for students to create more detailed picture books in their futures! Come imagine with Happy Kids!
