DescriptionWelcome to our Yoga Club! This nurturing after-school program is guided by Mrs. Weber. who is excited to help your student explore the practice of yoga. The yoga club will be a calm, supportive space for students to learn and practice yoga. The club will start with a mindfulness game, followed by a yoga routine. A key part of the yoga club is relaxation and meditation; in each session, your student will end with a mindfulness activity. Roll out a mat, join Mrs. Weber, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and tranquility with our Yoga Club!
