Description
Hummingbird Music School's PIANO CLASS is designed to introduce K-8th grade students to the piano! Students will develop the foundations of piano playing, including correct hand position and posture; will learn to read notes, rhythms, intervals and other music notation; and will learn to play popular, traditional, and classical songs. Each student will have their own keyboard, headphones and lesson book at every class. Students will be divided into small groups based on age and/or experience.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation: Hummingbird Music School reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment. If a class is cancelled, students will be notified and given the opportunity to transfer to another class. If a student does not enroll in another class, they will receive a full refund.
Withdrawal: You may withdraw from a class before or within 24 hours after the first class. Hummingbird Music School will refund the tuition (minus the cost of the first class and a $25 processing fee). No further refunds will be processed after that window.

About the provider
We are a group of extraordinary musicians & experienced music educators dedicated to providing quality, customized music education for students of all kinds. We believe that music lessons should be supportive, nurturing & fun. Whether in private or semi-private lessons, group after-school music classes, online classes, or summer rock band camp, students are given a solid foundation in instrument technique, note and rhythm reading, music theory and music history. But most of all, students experience the joy of playing music.
Our Group Music Classes run for approx. 10 weeks, once a week. Class size is limited to ensure students receive individualized instruction and feedback.
