Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: We encourage parents and campers to commit to camp and not cancel except in dire situations. If families absolutely need to cancel before the camp starts, they need to do so 7 or more days before the camp start date to receive a full refund credit. In the event of a cancellation with less than 7 days before the 1st day of camps, there is a 40% cancellation fee of the total camp fee. For the summer of 2024, the cancellation fee is $80. We do not offer refunds after the first day of camp.
