Day Camp
Grades 5 - 6
Description
This orientation class is for new fifth and sixth graders. Students will brush up on math and language
skills. Students will also participate in programming, including what it means to be a member of the
TNCS community. As a group, students will participate in wellness classes and various electivesbased activities where they can develop skills and enjoy creating and collaborating. By participating in
this institute, new students will not only learn more about themselves but will also learn about their
new school and each other. By the end of the institute, students will be ready and confident to start
school in August.

What to bring
No supplies needed. All supplies will be provided for this activity.
