Description
This class will combine sculpture, painting, drawing, handcrafts, and sewing to create a collaborative multimedia art installation. This session we will be focusing on all thing under the sea. We will make 3-d coral sculptures with paper and yarn, paint sea animals, sew soft sculptures, and make ceramic shells. At the end of the session we will put it all together for an art show where students can invite their friends and family to come celebrate their creation! Once the class is over they can bring all of their pieces home and set up their own seascape installation with their work.

No supplies needed. All supplies will be provided for this activity.
Cancellation policy
Camp cancellations will not be refunded after April 1st unless the space is filled by another student.
If a parent drops a class more than two weeks before classes begin they can get a full refund.
Starting two weeks before classes begin, no refunds will be given for cancellations unless another student fills the space.
If classes have to be cancelled by the owner for a different reason, a make-up class will be scheduled or parents will be reimbursed for the cancelled class.
In the event of a lock down due to Covid-19 all classes will continue to be taught online through Zoom. Materials for Sewing and Ceramics classes can be picked up at the studio. Students in Art Explorations and Art Academy can use the art materials they have at home for virtual classes.
