Description
Dive under the sea with us, just keep swimming, and we guarantee musical theatre is sure to become a part of your kiddo’s world! Join us for a magical, musical journey into two beloved ocean-themed musicals, The Little Mermaid and Finding Nemo. Students will discover a selection of songs and scenes from these magical tales to spark their imaginations. They will learn choreography, work on scenes from the show, and act out their favorite characters. Our talented staff of professional actors, singers and dancers will guide the group in learning the art of "scene into song" that makes musicals leap off of the stage and into our hearts! Through the combination of acting, song, dance and collaboration...this session will encourage your child to shine brightly and celebrate their amazing creativity!

Treasure Trunk Theatre is your child's home for creativity, collaboration, and self expression! Founded by local Brooklyn mother of two, Elisa Pupko over a decade ago - Treasure Trunk combines the magic of theatre with a deep commitment to social emotional learning. Available programming across Brooklyn and Manhattan spans ages 0-10 years old. Join us at our two beautiful studio spaces in Brooklyn Heights and Park Slope, or at a satellite location near you for a class, summer or school holiday camp, birthday party or special event. Treasure Trunk also works directly with schools to bring our engaging and innovative programming right to the classroom or after school program. Students will dive into the fundamentals of musical theatre, create their own scripts, perform Shakespeare, discover their own unique voice through improv and more!
