Cancellation & Refund Policies
Prior to Week 1 = 100% Refunded including deposit
During Week 1 = 50% Refunded MINUS the non-refundable deposit ($350)
After Week 1 = No Refunds Given (medical exceptions will be considered)
• Upon cancellation all discounts will be forfeited
• Any remaining balance due must still be paid
• Students who do not report to a session(s) will not receive a refund.
• No adjustment in program fees is made for late arrival, early departure, or dismissal.
• All refunds for over payment must be requested within 30 days of session end date.
• After a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days.

France Ecole is a non-profit language instruction and educational enrichment organization dedicated to spreading bilingualism and multiculturalism through the French language. We offer private and group instruction, corporate/ executive professional language training, afterschool enrichment programs for all ages, immersive summer camps as well as tutoring and test preparation.
