We reserve the right to cancel ASEP classes when deemed necessary. If LCPS schools are closed ASEP classes will be cancelled. During winter ASEP we will set aside one day for make-up classes. The dates set aside for make-up classes will be indicated in the registration flyer/email communications.
If closures happen during other ASEP sessions due to circumstances outside our control, such as school closures due to inclement weather or other emergencies we will not be able to offer a refund and will not be able to offer a make-up class.
If a parent/guardian cancels a child's enrollment after the session enrollment end date (as noted in the emails/flyers you receive from MSES), but before the classes start, the parent/guardian will receive a partial refund -- there will be a 15% administrative cancellation fee.
If a parent/guardian cancels a child's enrollment after the session has begun the PTO will consider a pro-rated refund on a case by case basis.
