DescriptionOur goal is to build a solid foundation of balance, strength, speed, and coordination through engaging and age-appropriate activities.
During each class we will provide a safe and supportive environment where children can improve their martial arts skills and overall fitness. We emphasize basic strength drills and exercises to help kids develop core strength and motor skills. We also incorporate martial arts techniques and drills to build coordination, agility, and self-confidence.
Our taekwondo class is an excellent way for young children to gain the physical and mental benefits of martial arts while learning in a fun and supportive environment.
Taekwondo classes are taught by World Champion, Cheyenne Lewis.
