Cancellation policy
Phoenix BVB is dedicated to creating a fun and safe environment for your children to obtain the skills and techniques needed for beach volleyball. We place a priority on your children and their safety. Our classes will take place rain or shine, however we will have a classroom available for our students in case of lightening/thunder/other. Our coaches will be prepared to offer alternative activities and exercises for the duration of the class. Refunds/credit *will not* be issued due to bad weather.
Full refunds will be available during the Open Enrollment period, so we recommend your sons/daughters come try the classes out during that time. After the Open Enrollment period ends, refund requests will be evaluated and considered on a case by case basis but please be advised that a *maximum of 80%* of registration fees will be available for refund after that time.
