Description
This is an author study enrichment in which we will read a book each week and explore various themes, such as friendship while engaging in a variety of art and writing activities! Kevin Henkes is the winner of the 2020 Children’s Literature Legacy Award honoring an author published in the United States, whose books have made a significant and lasting contribution to literature for children. Kevin Henkes is a popular children’s author who introduces various topics and themes through his fun and cute characters of mice. Students will enjoy meeting new characters, making real-life connections, and engaging in extension activities.

Cancellation Policy – Early Dismissal Wednesday Program
Registration Closes/Final Day for Refunds: July 28 at 11:30 PM
Registration for the Early Dismissal Wednesday Program is annual and must be completed during the registration window (July 14-28). This is the only opportunity to register for the program for the 2025–2026 school year.
Families may cancel their registration and receive a full refund on or before July 28 at 11:30 PM. No refunds will be issued after July 28, as staffing and program planning will be finalized for the year.
Cancellation Policy – Summer Adventure Academy
Tuition and all fees for Summer enrollment are non-refundable. This includes Enrichment Clubs.
