Description
This Young Rembrandts workshop is full of possibilities! Join us for Art History as we learn about new mediums and explore art history by studying different artists and their work. Every session we will create one large drawing and color with different mediums. We will create wonderful artwork while being inspired by Edvard Munch’s The Scream, Pablo Picasso's Woman in Hat, Vincent Van Gogh’s Chair, Wassily Kandinsky’s Bavarian Market Square, and Claude Monet’s Regatta at Argenteuil. The results will be truly frame-able! No experience necessary. Please wear an old shirt or smock during the class. Enroll now!
What to bring
No supplies needed. All supplies will be provided for this activity.
Cancellation policy
Should you choose to drop the class, please do so within 24 hours before the first class. There are no refunds after this time. The cancellation policy is that cancellations are refunded minus a $25 non refundable transaction fee. About the provider
Young Rembrandts teaches drawing, the fundamental skill of all visual arts to children aged 5 to 12. Our unique, proven method and step-by-step curriculum foster a wealth of skills such as fine motor skills, handwriting readiness and attention to detail. Children taught using our method develop increased patience, discipline and focus as well as a host of artistic skills such as art vocabulary and history, drawing and art skills, and expanded creativity, imagination and confidence.
