I am sharing with the community the exciting and fun world of martial arts! My dream was to develop a martial arts program using a contemporary style with traditional values for children and adults. Skills work on discipline, respect, self-control, self-confidence, self-protection, all while still having fun!
I realize that parents are busy and that family time is hard to come by. So, we have convenient times, multiple class schedules, and have specialty seminars. Teaching in the CSRA, we offer youth & adult programs, self-protection classes, private lessons,weapons skills & more

I am a 4th degree Black Belt in The Chuck Norris System, 3rd Degree UFAF Krav Maga BlackBelt & 2nd Degree TCT Sport Karate Black Belt. I have been training in the martial arts for 20+ years & teaching since 2003.
Won Most Inspirational 2021 at UFAF ITC (International Training Conference), Gave Speech at 2021 & 2022 ITC Banquet, Taught Sparring 101 in 2023 for Youth at ITC in Las Vegas, Nevada
