I’m Jaquita Rideau, M.Ed.,and I can help students learn self-regulation strategies to increase comprehension and strengthen writing skills.
I offer a variety of courses such as, “Analyzing Text Structure” and “Reading Comprehension: Summarizing” that will help students improve their reading and writing abilities.
I have six years of teaching experience in Composition and Literature. I possess a Bachelor of Arts in English, as well as a Masters in Education.
What do my credentials mean for you? My educational experience allows me to adequately assess your student and tailor my instruction to meet their learning needs.
I feel all students deserve quality instruction. An excellent teacher is patient, makes learning engaging, and never gives up on any student. Every student can learn and improve.
I have two children in elementary school and we all love to bake and be outside in nature. In my free time, I love to read and write short stories.
