Monday: Grit Ninja (Grades K - 4th)

DescriptionThis dynamic 6-week ninja program is designed to build strength, agility, and confidence through a series of exciting challenges. Each week, participants will focus on mastering a new skill, with obstacles rotating regularly to keep things fresh and engaging. You'll encounter thrilling obstacles like the warped wall, grip gauntlet, cliffhanger, balance courses, and a conditioning station to improve endurance and overall fitness. As you progress, you'll develop the skills needed to tackle each obstacle with confidence and power. The curriculum is designed by professional ninja coaches, many of whom have competed on NBC's *American Ninja Warrior*. The program will culminate in an epic ninja competition, where you’ll have the chance to put all your hard-earned skills to the test in an exciting, high-energy finale! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced ninja, this program will challenge and inspire you every step of the way. Dates: 4/28, 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, 6/2, 6/9

Thursday: Crayola: Artist's Passport (Grades K-2)

DescriptionEmbark on an around the-world cultural adventure - explore far-off places and learn about the people who live there, from the Americas to Polynesia, from the cosmopolitan to the countryside. Experiment with crayola products, while trying art techniques developed by local artists and artisans. Make different masterpieces each week such as drums, masks, canvases, prints, buses, and more! Bring the unique creations home and build a globally-inspired art gallery.

DescriptionStep into the shoes of a detective and uncover the science involved in evidence gathering and analysis. You will probe the science of tracking as you stamp out scenarios and uncover codes in this session. Some of the weekly topics in this session include: Crime Lab, Cracking the Case, The Science of Security, Agent Undercover, Sleuths on the Scene, Funky Forensics, Spy Academy, Junior Detectives, Discover Detection and Whodunit?

DescriptionThe Grit Ninja has packed up equipment and is ready to turn Resurrection Field into a unique ninja warrior obstacle course! During each action-packed class, aspiring ninjas will climb, swing, jump and run on our ever-changing equipment (which includes a rock wall traverse, monkey bars, grip gauntlet, cliffhanger, balance courses, warped walls, and so much more)! The program is designed by The Grit Ninja’s professional coaches – many of whom have competed on NBC’s American Ninja Warrior. Our coaches will guide ninjas as they tackle our fun obstacles that build strength, coordination, agility, balance, problem-solving skills, self-confidence and, most importantly, GRIT!
