Jeremy South“Traveling Art Programs by Ripple Mobile Arts”Welcome to Ripple Mobile Arts. I’m a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a degree in Art Studio. My development in clay has led me to give presentations, classes, and workshops. I have been working in the field of clay for over 20 years. Recently I have ventured into glass and other mediums. My mission statement is summed up into two words. "Encourage Creativity". My commitment to personal attention and simplified instruction has made the classes enjoyable for all ages. Our hands shape the world around us. My hope is for all of us to find a constructive way to use our hands. I offer a variety of programs: pottery, Legos, Recycled Art, and various other themed courses. My programs are for all ages. My classes are held both at my studio in the South Meridian-Kessler area and at a variety of locations. I specialize in clay and work on the pottery wheel. I have over 20 years of teaching experience. I offer pottery wheel rentals, clay kits, and custom programs for both kids and adults. My offerings include art parties, events, and workshops brought to you and hosted at my studio.

Choose your own adventure Brick Builders

DescriptionNew adventures! Create your very own brick builds. All builds will be taken home as finished. Create projects of your choice! Boats, Animals, buildings and more. Most large builds will take 2-3 weeks to complete. Every child will receive step-by-step instruction and guidance as they build. during the classes, each child will receive add-on options such as people, extra bricks, and decorations to add. All items will be taken home as completed during the classes. Jeremy South has taught classes at ISI for over 20 years.

Animals we love painting class

DescriptionJoin us for a creative journey where you can create beautiful pictures on canvas, in mosaic, and even in fused glass. Design projects featuring animals of all kinds. Bears, Fish, Dinos and more. Kids will receive a few animal toys to go along with their animal of the week. We will explore multimedia and add-ons to enhance our projects, such as cutouts, stickers, and other materials. In addition, we will frame a few paintings. All completed projects will be taken home. Most projects will need to be kept dry for one week before taking them home. Jeremy South has been teaching classes at ISI for over 20 years.

Lands of Make Believe Pottery Class

DescriptionJoin instructor Jeremy South as we dive into the world of make believe! Castles and dragons, unicorns, monsters and more. Every child will create a variety of clay items from scratch. Glaze, design and sculpt with your own two hands. We will create a variety of make believe animals and surroundings. Every child will have opportunity to do the pottery during class to create an item. Most items will be returned a few weeks after classes are over. Jeremy South has taught classes at ISI for over 20 years.

Incredible Giants Pottery and Brick Builders Camp

DescriptionJoin instructor Jeremy South on a journey to the giants! Create dinosaurs, elephants and dragons with clay and brick building. All participants will start the week in clay and finish with brick building. Every student will have the opportunity to create an item on the pottery wheel with assistance. In clay, we will design an elephant in the jungle, dinosaur with a volcano, and a dragon with a castle. Brick building items include dinosaurs and animals to go along with the clay creations. All brick builds will be taken home as finished. Clay items will be fired and dropped off at the school for pickup approximately 3-4 weeks after the camp. No experience needed.

DescriptionJoin us as we explore the amazing world of books and art. Each week we will either start on a new book and project or finish from our previous weeks work. Each and every art project will relate to the short story of the day. Books such as Pete the Cat, If Children Ran The World, Woot, The Owl and more will be read during the beginning of class. Projects will include media such as paint, clay, glass, paper and more. We will complete a new project most weeks.
