All new students start by building a classic spin top — a fun, foundational project that introduces them to our core tools and how to use them effectively. From there, students can choose from a variety of pre-designed projects or dream up their own creations. Possible builds include birdhouses, toy cars, boats, treasure chests, bookshelves, and more — the only limit is their imagination!
Some of the tools we use include brace drills, eggbeater drills, tri-squares, coping saws, hand saws, and C-clamps. This program gives kids a creative outlet while teaching real-world skills they’ll carry for life.
