Clay PlayClay Play offers children the chance to get hands on experience working with the magical medium of clay with professional potter (and Slavens parent), Jessa Decker-Smith. We will do a variety of projects letting the kids explore many aspects of pottery-making including: hand-building, coil-building, slab-building, texture, clay manipulation and addition, decorating, glazing and more. Participants will bring home many finished fired pieces during the session. All clay, tools, glaze materials, and firings will be provided. No experience necessary!
