Activating social-emotional learning through movement and dance
Design Dance is a dance education organization that activates social-emotional learning in PreK-12th grade students through the magic of movement. Our team of professional dance educators bring SEL to life through sought-after dance programming that encourages students to explore their identity, collaborate amongst their peers, and create with confidence.
Every Design Dance class offers dance instruction that develops CASEL’s 5 pillars of SEL: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Skills, and Responsible Decision-Making. Through a dedication to collaboration, our partnerships are constantly evolving to offer high-quality arts education that serves students in both daytime and after school settings across multiple styles, including Hip Hop, Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Storytime Dance, Cultural Dance and more.
